Family Cycling Trip this Sunday, 8th June!
Small People on Big Hills - Glen Innes to Orakei Bike Ride - Sunday 8th June 2025
Join us for a cycle from Glen Innes Railway Station along the magnificent bike path to Orakei. Meeting at 10.30am by the station entrance near the traffic lights, we'll cycle pass horses up to Sunhill before crossing the road to ride down the Meadowbank Valley, and over the Orakei Basin causeway. There is a playground along the way and at Orakei we can stop for a bite to eat and/or drink before riding back to Glen Innes. If the wheels have fallen off then there is the option of taking the train back to Glen Innes.
